We live in a tech-connected world – from the internet to mobile phones and devices. This means we are open to more security risks, and with that in mind, Pinnacle has implemented identity theft protection as part of its overall benefit coverage.

Legal Connect

Pinnacle employees can get legal help through Legal Connect, a program offered by New York Life. Part of that program includes help with identity theft, including credit card fraud, financial and medical identity theft. Services include: 

  • Unlimited legal assistance by phone  
  • Step-by-step guidance from an attorney to complete the restoration process  
  • Financial information from a financial professional to address credit issues

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Lyra Health includes help for victims of identity theft. Members receive: 

  • One free 60-minute consultation with a Fraud Resolution Specialist (FRS) 
  • Help with restoring identity and good credit 
  • An ID Theft Emergency Response Kit 
  • Help with steps to dispute fraudulent debts and advice on how to communicate with creditors and collection agencies 
  • Resources to avoid future identity theft losses and damage to credit score and credit reputation 

Fraud Resolution Specialists are certified under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or are licensed attorneys.
