My Wellbeing is a digital health platform designed to help you create positive behavioral changes and healthy habits. Use it to:

• Set goals
• Create social, physical and nutrition programs
• Track your health and activity
• Stay connected and focused

Register at mywellbeingsolution.com using the company access code uhcglobal. Dependents can use the same code to create their account. Once you’ve registered, download the Optum My Wellbeing app to get started.

The Employee Assistance Program through UHC Global Solutions provides around-the-clock resources to help you navigate life’s challenges, including:

• Stress and anxiety
• Grief and depression
• Relationship issues
• Debt and legal concerns

The EAP offers confidential counseling services, along with online resources and self-help tools. Members receive up to seven visits per issue per year with specialists and experts sensitive to your gender, language and cultural requirements.

Access the EAP

There are three ways to access the EAP:

• Call and talk to a specialist: 1-877-510-9664 (U.S. access) or 44-1865-397-074 (International access).
• Go online to optum.com (access code: uhcglobal), select your country from the menu and scroll down to the “Contact us” section.
• Download the My Wellbeing app. Once registered, click “Contact your EAP”.
