Bariatric Surgery

  • For this type of surgery, you must enroll in the Bariatric Surgery Program and use the Centers of Excellence.
  • Kiewit’s medical plan only covers these services if they are coordinated through the Bariatric Surgery Program.

Kaia

Kaia Health is a free digital therapy program that offers support to those managing back, hip, knee or other joint pain or injury.

  • Programs are developed by physical therapists and can be accessed when and where you need them via your smartphone or tablet.
  • Participants receive a personalized program that adjusts as you progress.
  • You can text or call your dedicated coach or therapist when you need support.
  • The program is free to those covered by a Kiewit medical plan.


Chronic Condition Management

Teladoc Chronic Condition Management Plus

Teladoc offers help to those struggling with diabetes, hypertension and weight management, and a program for those wanting to reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.

 

Teladoc programs give you access to:

  • Monitoring
  • Personalized insights
  • Expert support, and more

The programs are free to those covered by a Kiewit medical plan.


UnitedHealthcare Condition Management

The Condition Management Program through UnitedHealthcare is designed for those dealing with diagnoses such as:

  • Alzheimer’s
  • Heart failure
  • Cancer
  • COPD and more

Work with a nurse to discuss your goals and values and to create and execute a plan to help achieve better overall health. The program is free to those covered by the Kiewit medical plan.
